Rig Checks & Repairs

Annual rig checks can be undertaken in preparation for the upcoming season. We provide a detailed report, including pictures, of any issues found on the inspection. This includes the full mast, furling gears, booms and all your deck hardware. The report can be used for coding your vessel, insurance and kept for your personal records. 

 

Our in depth knowledge and supply base means we can give accurate advice and options if there is any rig or spar damage found. Repairs and replacements can be swiftly resolved, so you can continue to enjoy your time sailing.

Mast Stepping & Unstepping

Providing a mast step and unstep service ensures that your rig is well cared for when being manoeuvred in and out of your boat. Whether it is pulled for us to complete work or to transport it to your boats new destination, our variety of experience means DN Marine are geared up for the job.

Mast Tuning

From a dock tune to sail tuning, we can make sure you get the most out of your yacht in terms of performance and longevity of spar and rigging. A sail tune can be undertaken in order to ensure your rig and sail setup is correct so you can get the most out of your yacht.

Standing Rigging

DN Marine can supply and manufacture standing rigging for various yachts, from 7x19 flexible wire to 1x19 Dyform wire. Using the best terminals and wire on the market ensures the quality is kept to a high standard. We can do full re-rigs or replace individual parts as required.

 

Running Rigging

DN Marine use Kingfisher and Maffioli Ropes giving you the highest quality rope at affordable prices. There are options of Halyards, sheets, mooring lines and soft shackle/loops that we can tailor to your requirement. From Polyester to Dyneema 99 Core, when it comes to running rigging we have you covered.  

 

Sail Care

A sail care package providing the removal of sail and covers in preparation for laundering and servicing over winter, and reassembly at the start of the season. From Sanders, North, Kemp, Doyle and many others, our suppliers are ready to get the job done.
